It is my deepest fear to live away from the poor. It is my deepest fear to undermine the will of the people for my own benefit. Above all, it is my deepest fear to destroy what i have not planted/built. Destroying an organization takes a twisted minded person who has calculated his tactics very well to make every member in his organization to dance to his tune.
There's a tendency to forget that people wanted to be free from arbitrary rule. There's a 'tendency' to think since the majority of our people are poor they are also stupid, they cannot see when one has come to gain position. Today we've seen the downfall of big giants due to their ignorance. We've seen leaders dragging liberation movements down into the drain. We've also seen 'parasites' wearing beautiful mask when we were rejoicing in our organizations and we thought we can all dance together in one tune.
The question is; is it personalities that destroyed your beloved organization? Or is it the #Agnosia diseases that destroyed your organization? Are the old cadres relevant to the new struggle? If they are still relevant, then what have they done to make sure unity in continuation of existence of your party is achieved? Should we boycott the whole leadership and let them watch the young bloods take over?
You know the answer but you are too scared to take a stand. They have done nothing but to cause confusion and creating informants and 'political half baked soldiers' in your organization for their political status quo and to gain political positions.
I still think the time has come for our old cadres to raise new crop of leaders who will understand the importance of ideology, loyalty, honesty, virtue and dignity. We are faced with a time when young leaders are also found to be vulnerable to these #hyenas who are too hungry to climb the political ladder for their own personal and political aggrandizement. These are the same leaders who consider their political organization is their family charity fund to boast their egos and family status. We need to move away from this tendency of thinking we are 'the super-think tank' once we find ourselves in power. We need to be able to plan together as people, and react together as one people in order to sustain and build our organization for our people.
